CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
The nature of our business allows our stylists income opportunity when they are working on a guest. A “No Show” or last minute “Cancellation” greatly affects our stylist’s income due to the inability to book another guest in that appointment time. We require a 24-hour courtesy cancellation or reschedule call.
In the event of a no show or that a 24-hour notice is not given, we will charge the guest account $25-$100 contingent on the services booked. This amount must be paid and a credit card placed on file* before reserving any future appointments.
CHILDREN
Children are allowed on the salon floor when they are receiving a service. For their safety and the relaxation of our guests please make arrangements for your little ones.
