Cancellation & No show's Policy
The nature of our business allows our stylists income opportunity when they are working on a guest. A “No Show” or last minute “Cancellation” greatly affects our stylist’s income due to the inability to book another guest in that appointment time.
We require a 24-hour courtesy cancellation or reschedule call. In the event of a no show or that a 24-hour notice is not given, we will charge the guest account 50% of the services missed. This amount must be paid before reserving any future appointments.
Children are allowed on the salon floor when they are receiving a service. For their safety and the relaxation of our guests please make arrangements for your little ones.
